Cell c

Ive been having headaches since last week , and ive come to realise that its the issue that i have with cell c, 2 weeks backs i went to a cell c store to ask for a settlement amount so that i pay my full outstanding amount and close my account completely with them , because of the bad experience and poor service i had with them , i got to the cell c branch in promenade mall and the lady that assisted me said my account was in the legal department! I was suprised and stressed about it , and she gave me a wrong number and told me it was the legal department number! Since last week i have been calling cell c customer service and nobody seems to be able to assist me ! I then decided to go to the vanguard branch and all i was given was a piece of paper with an email address , i have been writing to cell c ever sine and yet still there is no response ! this is affecting my health as well as it is also giving me sleepless nights because of the stress they are giving me, i regret fopening a contract with this company !
