<p>Hi its Bonginkosi again, I wrote a complain on da 1st april about my contact upgrade that thy still deducting money from my acc while i dont even have dat phone, a girl from cell c by the name Lungile Ntuli contacted me and she even gave me her personal e-mail to resolve the matter. Suprisingly I had to go after her for updates. Last time i sent her e-mail she told me the mathe has been resolved, the contract is cancelled bt still the its been deducted from my acc!!! Im talking about R1000 a month. I tried to send her an e-mail weeks ago bt i only received an auto reply that shes out I shoul send ********** since than i cant get hold of her. Pls pls im sick and tired of this sh**t because its been going on since last year</p>
