<p>Cell C advertised a data deal until the end of May, 20GB for R99. However when I arrived at their Canal Walk Branch, only to find the deal was no longer priced at R99 per month but now R199.http://mybroadband.co.za/news/broadband/159011-massive-cell-c-mobile-data-price-cuts.html. Is the customer entitled to the advertised price? </p>
