Cell C 20 Gig data deal

<p>I app**** for the Cell C 20 Gig data deal which provides 5 Gig daytime and 15 Gig Night time, however, when accessing the service service portal to check the data loaded, I noticed that they only loaded 3,9 gig daytime and 11,8 gig night time data - what happended to the rest of the data?????</p> <p> </p> <p>Cell C - please account for the "lost" data.</p>
