Cell C 2 deal contract ****.

My experience with Cell C has been horrible, they were good and fast in the beginning when selling us their ****, 2contract phones deal,now since April we are being billed for 4 contacts.

We have tried to resolve this since April, with cell c calling and confirming that payment has been adjusted and that the 3 contracts are canceled but this is all lies, every month they bill more n more.

We want a refund for the last 3 months of being incorrectly billed and extra contracts bring given to us

Since April it's almost July still no resolve

I am going to the consumer ombudsman as well

Cell C does not treat customers fairly all they do is ***** your money and give you reference numbers
