Cell C 2 accounts combined in 1 but 4 listings on Transunion.

Good day. My previous review refers to the 2 accounts that are combined but there are 4 listings on Transunion. I received feedback from one of the agents, who provided me with a paid-up letter for 1 account and No access to the other 2 accounts (*** & ***8). How can this be acceptable feedback?
