Cell c

I am very disappointed at cell c contract division as I had a contract with them and the last 3 installment were not paid, instead of cell c contacting me they handed me over to vvm attorneys which are unprofessional. Vvm attorneys consultants don't update their records I have been telling them that the cell c account was settled long ago after I found out first time that they did not deduct last 3 months. And they keep on calling me and sending h me sms that I owe cell c. I am not sure why cell c can't update info that vvm has to ensure they don't bully customers.
