Cell C

I have a mobile contract with Cell C. For the past few months, they have added a debit onto my account from MI Assist which I never requested. On the 10th August I spoke a lady at cell c who said she would pass it over to the department who would check the voice tape to check whether I had requested this service and she would report back to me the following day. She also said she would cancel the debit immediately. Well she never came back to me and then debit is still being deducted. I tried speaking to two ladies at Cell C today amd what a waste of breath! I was told I had to contact MI Assist direct and gave me phone numbers which were either no longer available or ones that eventually said "your call cannot be transferred". Why do I have to deal with MI Assist when my contract is with Cell C. I want my money refunded which was *******ly debited as I was assured it would be by the first lady NONHLANLAH on the 10th August. Cell C customer service employees are impossible to understand and not helpful. Thank you. Daphne
