CELL C

first of all i change from competitor cellular provider prepaid account to a contract with Cell c. thinking it cant be as bad as what i have heard. I was wrong, i'm like to have network coverage 50% of the time. now my sim card less than 2 years old stopped working, i'm now told i need to do a sim swop and they will charge me R140 to do it, like they doing me a favour. i had my old sim card from your competitor for probably over 10 years.
