Cell C *****

Can Cell C explain to me how someone signed a contract using my details?

last time i checked original documents are needed for one to get a contract, so im curious to know how did it happen that someone went to Cell C and signed a contract, because the only way that would happen is if one of Cell C employees approved the contract without any of my original documents.

i reported this activity a week ago ****h of this month) and still no response. Now the account is in AREAS, my CREDIT SCORE WENT DOWN because i blocked the debit as its *****,

as im the director of the company im trying to get financed by the bank but now it won’t approve as that Cell C account is in areas.

NOW MY BUSINESS IS ALSO GETTING AFFECTED!! it’s been more than a week since i reported and i never received any help …..im so frustrated🤦♂️
