This morning I had the pleasure of dealing with Dilshaad Eli. I haven't experienced such excellent customer service for a very long time in Cape Town. The determination she displayed to meander the dark alleys of the Call Centre that is supposed to support her on the frontline; was nothing short of brave. Well done and thank you Dilshaad for rescuing me today!!!
