Cell C

I settled my contract on 29 April 2015. I paid them an amount of R2929-04 to settle the contract. i called them so many times to make sure there won't be any deductions from my bank account. Today Cell C deducted R2884-00 from my bank account, after they promised me so many time i own them nothing. I am actually in credit with them, but they don't want to tell me the amount. On the 7th May 2015 i paid them another R110.00.<br> Now i have to wait 48 hours for the money to be back into my bank account, while my other policies can't go off because there won't be money for it. i am very upset, it is not if i didn't do my part. The accounts dept even said i have to talk to their legal dept, but the legal dept don't know why i should talk to them because i own them nothing!! thank you
