Cell C
Cell C has listed me as a ********* on SAFPS since February 2020 instead of a victim because an account was **********ly opened with my details and I did send them the required documents to prove that I did not take any contract,but till today I am still listed on the SAFPS database and I’m being told only Cell C can remove the listing..I’ve sent emails back and forth only received an email on the 15 of July to say I do not have a contract with them and it has been cancelled..My problem is I’m being affected negatively as I cannot open any account,my credit score is on the red,I work in a financial institution...so please just fix this ASAP.

27 Jul 2020, 17:43Big businesses get away with so much,if I was the one owing Cell C, I would be getting calls everyday reminding me to pay but as a customer you are being put up to so much...my life is at a standstill right now and I have to keep reminding your ***** department to do their work but when I was listed I’m certain it took only a day for the listing to happen but to unlist me a whole damn 5months,really not acceptable.
