Cell C *****

I have been writing and talking to Cell C since August 2023. They took a data contract out for my elderly father without his knowledge. He has paid it monthly for more than 24 months unknowingly and when i realised this and broight it to their attention, its been excuses upon excuses. Shuntwd from department to department and calls being dropped people promising to call back and never do. ***** department dont respond to personal emails requested by an apparent very helpful person. ***** Department in general send out the same response requesting documents which have been sent since August last year. All i want is the contract stopped which we requested for 2months now and monies paid back to an elderly man for a data contract he never had. He never recieved the data sim card but has got billed different amounts monthly. He has a legit Cell C contract which he religiously pays every month. And definitely doesnt need extra data!!! I am at my wits end with Cell C and want everyone to know what a bunch of useless promising non fulfilling bunch they are!!!!! I will continue to fight to get monies returned to my father by Cell C. Its pathetic and daylight ******* ro say the least.
