Cell C

Hi, my name is Xoliswa from Gqeberha.

I've been struggling for the past 2 months to get a paid up letter from Cell C. I received an sms notifying me that I've been handed over to SSDA after 4 years of a contract that I thought I had finished with them. I remember 2018 going to branch to ask for a statement, they told me to make payment at an ATM. I did that & still have the receipt.

Now when I query this sms, as to why am I handed over they are not able to tell me. The sales guy said it could be for not canceling the contract with them, therefore admin fees are charged. Any how I paid this amount too Oct 25 2022 and sent them P. O. P

When I call customer care they send me pillow to post, saying contracts side handles paid up letter. Contract side says this account is no longer contract & is now prepaid. Iv even spoken to the lady who works at SSDA & she says she is waiting for Cell C to send her the paid up letter. Iv emailed numerous times, doing follow ups to NO resolve.
