I have been struggling to get my name cleared since May this year ,Nhlanhla Mbuyisa (Contractor) <***> assisted with a paid up letter and advised that it will take 21 working days to update ITC status , now this was already in September , it's the 06th of December and on my clear score report it still shows IN ARREARS R70.
Can someone please finalize this matter , I cannot have an arrears status reflecting on my report as I have mentioned previously this is going to affect my rescoring when it comes to my home loan application.
I require URGENT ASSISTANCE and FEEDBACK please.
