Cell C

Cell c has not cleared my debt since 2018 whereas I settled the debt. I received a paid up letter in 2018 only to find out this year in 2022 that I am blacklisted. I have contacted cellc several times and actually sent the paid-up letter and proof of payment. I even made a payment of the R573 they cell c claimed I am owing and sent the proof of payment only to be promised by the supervisor that he will contact me after 48 hours. When I try to follow up on this either the agent hangs up on me or they promise a follow-up call with the supervisor.
