Cell C

Good day. I want to move away from CELL C. My daughter started noticing deductions from Cell C in her bank account. She hasn't had any Cell C account for at least 7 years. She went to the bank, they told her to go to Cell C. Cell C said they can't find a contract on her name. She reversed the debit orders. Eventually l went with her to Cell C but they couldn't find anything. After about an hour in the store the young lady picked up something. I had telephonically agreed to a Sim card contract. BUT the contract was taken out in my surname not hers (different surnames) my ID not hers, her bank not mine (we bank at different banks) and then deductions from her account not mine. How can deductions be made from a person's account without their permission???? By law you can't do that. I owed R500+and l told them lm not paying because l didn't get the data... Cell C stopped it. I was harassed for months about this. The amount of phone calls to me, the repeated explanations to the firm dealing with it when it was handed over. Eventually l spoke to a gentleman who told me that the only way to get rid of this was by paying. I also couldn't upgrade because of this. Against my everything... I PAID!!! THEN... the deductions for a contract where l was paying R99 a month suddenly changed to R320. I went to Cell C and they told me that the contract ended and went back to the original price. I asked why hadn't they politely informed me about this. They gentleman told me they should have done this and he apologized. I told him l want to cancel the end of the month. He told me l would have to come in again to do that. I said no cancel now l can't wait in queues again. I asked if l cancel today then it would be pro-rata payment. He said yes. End of month the full R320 was deducted. I reversed the debit order.... Again l was handed over. I've paid R50 twice now but l don't have a job and told them ld pay the end of February the R50. The total from R320 stands at over R400 and lve paid R50 already. Not my fault...... What service is this from cell C???? I'm moving to another network.
