I have agree to be given Samsung a25 on 36 month contract for R299 a month only to be called again saying I am a good payer and I must must be on 24 month contract for R349. At first I told the sales lady i dont want a device costing more than R350 a month on 24 month contract but she told me the advantages and disadvantages of my preffered devices till we afreed on a25 for 36 month on R299. Than ffew min later things have changed and so must I even though i said initially that cant afford a device for more than 250. I am highly disappointed with the service i was given and cancelled at the same time even though I have agreed on the terms and conditions.
