Cell C 0 assistance - Horrible service

This is easily the worst call centre and worse walk in service. Had a contract phone that exp Feb 2018. The phone was lost about Dec2017 and a reguested line to be blocked. After numerous calls to call centre not being answered I decided to go to the branch in Cresta. I explained the situation and asked if the contract expired they said yes. I also asked if there is any outstanding and if there is anything else I need to do. They told me everything is sorted. I got a sms from debt collectors last werk mdb. When i phoned them they said cell c handed me over for R1800 and the cost is now R2200. They can provide me with any other info and i must clear it out with cellc. Again tried phoning them 3 times last week with now answer after about 30min. Today i took off word to resolve this, walked into Westgate branch and was told to phone the call centre. I told het there is no answer, she answerd me and said either you go to head office in Buccleu or you take 40min and wait for an answer. I am still sitting in Westgate waiting for the call centre to answer is has now been 40 min on the phone with no answer . There is 5 cell c employees sitting chatting with no attempt from anyone to get this issue resolved - rathet working out there hours worked for the week and completing timesheet. Funny how quick they help when you want to take out a new contract but absolutly no assistance in resolving any other quiries.
