CELL C 0 ASSISTANCE

My cell c contract bill started at R250 + insurance of R125 which was still okay. Now I am in shock to see that due end of this month something has gone up again as my due balance for this month's payment is at R616. On my upgrade which I've only had for about 4 months now the price on my monthly billed has been pushed up about 3 times now. They are very quick to switch of my cellular service and phone me when I'm not able to make the full monthly payment, but absolutely 0 help or feedback everytime I ask about this bill that is now a full R241 more than what I started with. NEGATIVE. I know for a fact that when I got called for my upgrade I asked specifically not to make it more expensive, from R375 to a now R616.
