Cell being a horrid company yet again

True to form, cell called me on the 2.02.15 to discuss why the hell I am ring charges more that three times of what the 4 times canceled contract I unfortunately had with them for a micro SIM card. The call was just before 5pm which meant that nothing could be resolved that day, then a few days later a get a text message saying \they have received a REQUEST TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT..."Not they have received 4 CANCELLATIONS of the same contract that they have not canceled. The message goes on to say that the contract will only be cancelled 05.03.2015. EFFECTIVELY SAYING THAT THEY WILL CONTINUE TO DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Incidentally"
