Cell bad bad bad service

Hi have paid my CELL account up to date on the 10/09/2021 of R 2245.30 still my payment not allocated i am fed up with cell C very very very very bad service see all the references but still not resolved *** 17 Sepetember ***2712 27 September ***3096 01 October ***2659 08 October ***2135 08 October ***0759 11 October 2021

Today is the 03/11/2021 sill not resolved so i am pleading to just resolved because i feel i can swear the way feel since the 10/09/2021 i have made the payment
