Cell back service again :(
My wife wanted minutes and data as she got a new device and didn't want to be locked into a 24 month contract. I did some research and found :"Online Pinnacle 3GB TopUp" from Cell C , and it ticked the boxes for a month to month deal and can be cancelled anytime.
Up to date this line has been suspended , I've been not been debited to being debited X3 then line got suspended again , my question is what in the world service is your company offering. The agreed upon amount is R249 not 500/600 and this is when you decide to do a debit order. The product on paper is really good but once again cell proves to be full of error

06 Nov 2019, 10:51It's not the fact the line is active its the 459 debits one month and next month then no debit its the consistency that is a bother and the fact that the product is advertised for R259
