CELL AS A CONTRACTUAL SERVICE PROVIDER - WORST DECISION EVER MADE

I have been a Cell Contract customer for more than 2 years, never missed one single payment and early this year Cell C decided to move my number to a Vodacom line and I have called numerous times telling them that where I stay Vodacom has a poor signal and I have never been fully assisted, at one point they said they would send a technician to view the signal strength in my area (this was more than 3months ago) till this day no one has ever pitched. This week I was in a bad situation where I was nearly hijacked, needed to contact my car tracker but I was unable to because every time I try to make calls it keeps saying "Not registered on network". It is with great sadness that one could potentially loose a life and or be in a life threatening situation and due to Cell C's bad service one could potentially loose their life and valuables. To this day my contract with Cell C has been by far the worst decision I have ever made and I regret greatly. If you looking for a mobile service provider DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go for Cell C.
