Cell are *******
Worst network provider to join, settled account through their lawyers call hp attorneys, received a discount for the phone account and settled it, received paid up letter from attorneys, called cell to receive their paid up letter and clear my name on the credit bureau, but was told that I still owe cell an amount from May I still haven't received a call from cell regarding my issue
