Cell and VVM saga
I have 3 contracts with cell c and 1 of them was handed over to VVM, I have seance settled the said account yet getting a paid up letter is a mess,I have been up and down with VVM to get the letter and they keep saying that they are waiting for their client (Cell C) to authorise this, I have called cell c customer care and was given an email address to sent my query,I have sent 2 email and all I got was an automated response and nothing else and still no paid up letter
