CELL AND Van De Venter Mojapelo-Infinity COLLECTORS ARE ****MERS

Cell C thrives on making its customers suffer and making them miserable. I have never come across such a horrible company. I signed up for a cell phone contract which you never debited from my account and that ultimately led to my account being handed over in July. I made sure that upon being notified of this hand over which was never my fault, to begin with, I settled the account in full with the company that Cell C handed me over to. Ever since then Cell C and those damn collectors have made my life a living hell. I was supposed to get cleared of this within 21 days but now I am being sent from pillar to post trying to get my settlement letter and getting this of my credit scoring. I am unable to move on with my life and yet I owe Cell C nothing. How do you hand people over and then leave them to die with your ****ming debt collectors when I had a relationship with you to begin with Cell C?? I will never recommend Cell C to anyone in my life. Time and again I always struggle to get my queries resolved but fall for the same trap due to my loyalty. I have pleaded with Cell C and VVMA for over two months now for my settlement letter to no avail. They benefit from keeping their customers with a bad score. Cell C and VVMA Van De Venter Mojapelo-Infinity are ****mers I hate this company and their service is completely horrible. DO NOT EVER trust CELL C they do not care for loyalty and their service level is 0%. I will never associate myself with this company ever AGAIN!!!
