CELL and SSDA Shapiro Shaik Defries TREATHS
Cell C has given my Details over to company called SSDA Shapiro Shaik Defries who keep on calling me and harassing me on the phone call to pay an amount of R418.91 that I have no IDEA what the charges are for . Cell C failed to call me and let me know that my I supposedly have an account owing yet instead gave my details to a 3rd Party Company to call me which goes against the POPIA act - I will be getting my Lawyer involved in this as I have to call on 2 accessions first spoke to a agent who advised me that I don't owe on my CURRENT 5 ACCOUNTS with Cell C , I then received an SMS again from SSDA company advising me to pay otherwise they will be forced to take legal action - in the Years I have been with Cell C all my accounts are up to date - Cell C needs to Wipe this amount clean from my account or I will lay a charge as they have given my details away to a 3rd party company without my consent or letting me know
I had cancelled this number and paid off this contract why is coming to my attention after 3 years and best part is a 3Rd party contacting me and threatening me to pay , I have 5 contracts with Cell C , I pay for every month as a loyal customer I don't want to get treated so badly from my provider If this charge is not taken away from account and goes further Cell C could see legal payment of 1.2Mil for breach of POPIA act and 6 up to 6 months imprisonment for the CEO for selling out customers information called a written off debt book , Please contact me ASAP
