Cell account re-opened after 6 years. *****
I received a call from Justice Sithole from your credit control department. He advised me that I owe Cell C, R495 since October 2020 for an account that was opened in 2011 and advised that I needed to pay the arrears.
I advised Justice Sithole (Cellc) that I do not have any accounts with cellc and that my contracts was closed in 2015.
I have a confirmation from cellc dated October 2015. I sent an email to *** more that 15 days ago and I have not gotten a reply. When I call in they keep pushing me to different departments.
CAN SOMEONE ADVISE WHO I SHOULD SPEAK TO AS THIS IS SHOWING ON MY CREDIT REPORT AS UNPAID.
