Cell ****

Cell **** used to be a decent provider.Here's a little backstory my airtime advance limit is R35 and a few days ago I tried to get an advance of 1GB daily bundle.The request didn't go through so I thought it might have been the network so I tired again several times before I called it a day.I don't how it happened but a few hours later I got 4 1 GB daily bundles in spite of the fact that my limit was only R35.You'd think there were would safeguards against this type of thing.I've DM 'd Cell C support on Twitter and it has become to me apparent that this is ****ing rocket science level type of enquiry.
