Cell ****

After over 6 years if being at cell C,I am considering cancelling all my contracts and going back to Vodacom.

On Friday 18 December I noticed that my sim said no service,I didn't pay any attention to it and thought that it will be sorted ,the following day I noticed that it is still like that,I phoned customer car and was advised to do a sim swap as maybe my sim is damaged .

On Monday 21 December I did a sim swap (which I am charged for) and 4hours later nothing had changed,I phoned again and was again I was told to put the Sim in another device, and still nothing happened, was again advised on another sim swap which I did that Wednesday, and still nothing happened,I went to a cell c store on Thursday 24th December for yet another sim swap and still nothing happened.

Everytime I call I'm told the same thing, sim swap, switch sim cards, put in another device, roam to Vodacom....every single time.im then told the matter has been escalated but nothing happens.

I'm frustrated as even my banking is at risk, with all the phone ****s that happens around,
