Celk C poor service

Im not impressed with the service. Bought a home connecta sim and Rica the sim twice, whe have 4g coverage but it still say emergency calls only. It can't even connect on the network. I've laid a complain and ask them to call me and they haven't done it. Poor servicešŸ¤”

I cant provide the number because the sim is not connected yet. I can't make n call to see what the nr is. The rica nr of the sim is ***

I think since Cell C can't solve my problem I must return this sim card and ask for a refund and then just recommend people not to buy Cell C products. They are not reliable.

SIM no. *** is yet to be activated. For the SIM card to work it must be registered with RICA instore, please tell us where the SIM card was purchased.

Cell C is busy wasting my time and money because now I have extra data that is only valid for 7 days and I can't even load it

On our end the SIM card is yet to be RICA Registered, kindly insert the SIM card in your phone and manual search for network in order to activate the SIM Card provided the Store RICA registered it.
