Celk C hopeless company

It is impossible to deal with Cell C.Last year March they allowed someone to purchase data of R6000 on my contracts although i had blocks of R10 and R200 on. After a useless battle with them and paying the R6000 and them assurring me no one can do that again. I received accounts of R3800 fot May and June. 148 1 Day datas was purchased on my contract for the month of May and 58 for the month of June. How is it possible if i double checked that the cannot go above my set limit. I started ending all my contracts after the first incident. Now this. Cell C has no loyalty or ethics. When i went to the Cell C shop in Bethlehem they assured me i would get info of who bought the data on which number and what the data was used for. No response from them. In the meantime using my prepaid Cell C number my data and airtime just dissapears. They access your money out of your account whenever there is money in and retreive it and other payments like electricity cannot be made.
