Celk c bad and unfriendly service

i feel that for the past 6 years that i have cell c network i realy realy got bad and unfriendly service from al the departments becourse the one keeps transforing me to the other one.

Cell c called me on the 29 november 2022 to offer me a new contrack for a samsang A73 and after everthing they said the i was aproved and on the 5 Desember they said i was reject deGood afternoon

Cell c called me on the 29 november 2022 to offer me a new contrack for a samsang A73 and after everthing they said the i was aproved and on the 5 Desember they said i was reject deu to my name on the application was wrong that the agent that did the application did not put my name down correctly and after i have sent my id they said i must do a new application and they just said it not their problem.

Im am very disipointed in the service i got from the network that i have for the past 6 years and i realy feel to change to a other network that i dont realy want to do becourse i like cell c but the servise today was just not good that they just told me that its my problem for the mistake that they made..
