Celc service is ridiculous
Celc service is so ridiculous . Who thought having insurance would feel so useless... Paying monthly and this is what we get in return... No communication unless you phone on ur expense... Almost a Month or more waiting for a phone to be repair and their excuse is that they waiting for parts... What parts???? A celc repair center has no screens????? Having insurance doesn't feel like a benefit after all... Considering canceling my contract that I pay on time since 2013 as well as insurance that is taking us for a hell of a ride. Celc is a big no no!!!!!!!!! Inconvenient like no other!

She is furious because she is unemployed and has to always phone her expense ... She said that she was to upset to ask for a ref number... Also they don't communicate or provide important information as such... Only if you ask....however...her name is Belinda Ann Abrahams... ***... If that helps.
