App**** for a contract got messed about from the store then app**** online waited to the last delivery date to be told out of stock *** yet they continously advertise the same device this place seriously doesn't know it's ass from it's elbow super upset with this unprofessional company been with them 20 years no wonder when u pass there stores consultants are staring into space whilst opposition companies are a hive of activity oh and please don't reply u don't answer emails anyway so sending a automated reply is useless. My opinion of cel c are words u wouldn't use in polite company sooner I'm rid of them the better

All I ask make it policy that your sakes consultants check and book stock before selling something u don't have causing this upset and loss of future business.Alternatively offer a better deal in the same price range or buy said device online and proceed with the deal and everyone happy it seems you have grown detached from your customers being a large but shrinking company not a surprise there I know u look at this as a disgruntled 20 year customer and once again will send a pre written response but do nothing to rectify the matter at least I get to vent my frustration and anger at your company which I will no longer deal with once my current contract expires once again find it amazing how fast u reply here but not on your own email weird
