Cel c stands for no service

I wrote a complain recently about Cel C incapable of doing a basic porting , waiting for nearly two and had a promise to phone me from Cel C within 24 hours, which obviously never materialize, and it is more than 2 weeks now since first request Today 29 May at about 16h00 I received a phone call from Cel C requesting the info on my new Cel C sim card, and I said sorry please phone me after 20 minutes then I will be able to have it because I don't have it on me. And you can guess, no phone call. I waited and waited and waited , you can not drive or go any ware because the lady is going to phone me. How gullible am I , believing you will actually get service
