Cel C shocking service

Wow, where to begin. Black Friday scary but I webt for it and thought I would get a great deal frm Cell C.I was outside the Cel C shop at 7:30 for the staff said they would open at 8.This did not happen at about 8:10 I went to the door and asked what time they would open the one guy said now ok not a great start for blowing up balloons seems more important that customers, in fact one customer asked what time they would open abd a reply through the window 9! Ok I have spoken to the store manager Michael and area manager numerous visits to the store and what is the date today still NO phone no contract.Infact no one can say when the iphones will arrive and actually they find it very amusing The one consultant actually said that he had 10x customers also waiting there phones! I am 42 years old and in my life I have never had such blatend no care attitude.I am at a loss for words.......
