Cel C sends unsolicited SMS's and ignores Opt Outs
For the laste two days I have been inundated with unsolicited sms's from Cel C. I have opted out by replying stop, blocking the number, following the USD code opt out options and opting out on Cel C's website but they are still sending me an sms every couple of hours, everytime from a different number so blocking does not help. Make it stop Cel C!
