Cel C promised results nearly two weeks age, poor service

I bought a Cel C sim a long time ago with the purpose to port it to a specific number, and it is not happening, I have complained, phoned, email with no results Actually I have lodge a complaint through Hello Peter on 16th of May and got a report back/promise with the standerd apology, I will be contacted within 48 hours, today is the 28th of May, 12 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! later , and nothing. It is schoking
