Cel C Porting dept not doing their work

I bought a Cel C pre-paid sim on 14 May with the purpose to port the number to ********** 271, and was told everything will be done the same day/night I received acknowledge ment from Cel C and Telkom confirming my request to port and a reference number from Cel C as; ********** ********** cel c ********** ********** 6 and up till now it has not been done and the Telkom number still active and I have phoned, e-mail and complaint at their web site, even phoned ********** 287 and they transfer my call to the porting department who do not pick up the phone and I am now bitterly disapointed
