CEL C PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>I have never had such pathetic service ever. My contract with cel c was paid up and canceled in november yesterday i called the call center to ask about re instating my contract or providing me with a new one He told me my account is up to date and that if i want i can go in store and get a new contract my account was completly up to date. i agreed and went into the store which was a complete mess up because the people are unproffesional this was at the carnival mall at brakpan. none the less after waiting for 30+ minutes i was told that my account was in arreas and that i was handed to a legal department he gave me my papers and without further assisting me continued with his cellphone. the previous day there was a lady on training who laughed at everything i had asked her and was unable to even assist me that the other lady had to tell her to talk properly and answer my questions. Cel c has no sense of class workmenship and ethic....</p>
