Cel c is bad so Bad

Bad bad bad and disapointed in what they did to me

this year 2020 was not an easy year me knowing whats coming so i try to make payment arangements since march 2020 because i knew i wil have a hard time paying of my contract during this lockdown (jobless for 3 months) but you know what Cel c did ? ignored my payment arangement

i try and try to get hold of them to made the arangements many times i only get emails back from then saying that a case has been open they wil get back to me it went on like that for months while my instalments hip up since then infact they shut down my network but yet everymonth add it to my bill so returning back to work i was concern that if i get my first salary cel c wil debit that ful outstanding amoumt and that would not be cool cause i cont afford to go for another month without sorting my family out providing for them so i decide to call in again finaly an agent answer i asked if cel c wil debit that full amount she said no because for them to do that arangements must be made. and Boom they debit that full amount of 5k+ lol just geting back to work stil geting a cut salry and boom cel c take all so i contact my bank and reverse that money then i called in again you know what the agent told me the reason my case is stil waiting to be attended is because the agents were working from home and i was like so who's fault is this that my acount is in such a masive arears " so for this whole time while ive been waiting for them to call me back regards my arangement that arears amount was getting bigger and bigger. a few weeks ago i Got an email from then stating that i wil go in their bad books if i dont pay that amount of 7k + within 24 hours

then last month they debit again 5k+ i reversed it again because i think its unfair that is not my fault and now they put me up for bad credit also im stil waiting today for them to call me back regards my payment arangements.... for 8 months they havent call me back thats how they handled my situation but now they want to debit my acount the way they want to

i hope they see this cause im about to go viral with them
