Cel C is a *****
Cel c has got to be THE WORST provider. I cancelled my router data contract over 30 days in advance on their instruction (and have emailed them proof of email and their response) and they continue to charge me and have increased the charge 3x!!!! No help calling their call centre, opening a case (which i've done many times)...NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME. My bank says even if I stop the debit order, cel c changes its name and can still withdraw. They are a disgusting company

13 Nov 2022, 17:33I have heard that before! My number is 072 234 034 . If I can't answer my phone it's because I am in a meeting. I want the person calling to leave their name and number so I can call them back. When I didn't get to my phone cel c didn't leave a message they just closed the case!! This is absurd...make sure the person has my email and letter canceling the contract! I sent it to the agent Mxolisi Moatshe and my case number was ***. Don't waste my time by having someone phone me without my documentation which I sent.
