Cel C Follow Up Department-Worst service ever

The Cell C follow up department has some of the most unprofessional, dishonest and *********** people I have ever encountered. They been promising to cancel my applications for the past two weeks. Even the manager Sibusiso Hadebe can't assist. He **** to me saying he escalated my cancellation to IT and that my application will definitely be cancelled but up until this day it isn't will never in my life recommend cell c to anyone. They do not care about their customers at all. My next step is to contact the ombudsman and deal with them legally.
