Cel c false credit reporting

You take a contract with them they wouldn't let you leave... threatening to list you on credit bureau but you don't owe them anything.

I took a contract with cell c then few months before it ends I requested to cancel it prematurely, and they told me what I need pay of which I paid everything. And today my name is listed on credit bureau for +/-R280 that I don't owe.

I've complained about this multiples of time via Cel c and Cel c Twitter platform but no luck. There is a guy at Cel c called Moses and he is so useless he makes promises and excuses to get back to me he never does, I aways have to run after him, Its been almost 3 months now of him doing this, everyday I get new excuse from him why he didn't do his job.

As we speak right now my name is on credit bureau which it jeopardize my career coz you can't have a negative credit record when you are in a financial sector, that is really negatively affecting me on most things. And someone has to pay for that

Please note that right now im consulting with a lawyer regarding my name being in a credit bureau for no reason. I tried my best to reach out to you guys but no luck.

Atleast im nice enough to warn cel c about the potential sue for false credit reporting.
