I am deeply hurt Cell C is making my life a struggle I innocently joined a 100 contract for 10gb last year, all of sudden it’s 5gb I called asking I was told it was just a promotion. I accepted that then my problem now is they don’t debit money in my account so I decided to pay straight to their account, then I received a call that I still need to pay 70rand for penalties that they debited and dint receive cash whereas I deposited cash in the bank, I payed it and still this month I received the same problem money not debited in my account So now they say I must pay 276 whereas the is 200 in my account not debited, cell is making me a fool I can’t buy nappies for my kids I have to keep paying Cell C even medications for my kids I can’t buy because cell is demanding my money while am a single parent not working. I even get sick having a headache because I am stressing my self with this thing of Cell C .PLEASE HELP ME I WANT THEM TO CANCEL THIS THEY DRAINING ME .PETER PLEASE HELP AM TRUSTING YOU ONLY .
