Cel C deplorable service.

After a number of years with Cell C, the debit order for my wife's monthly instalment for the end of July 2021 was not deducted. The very next day she received a reminder of "account in arrears." Also was an amount of R6.05 i.r.o. "postage delivery" added on the July invoice. After contacting them, the debit order went through, without any decent explanation. I also enquired the R6.05, due to my invoices been received via email.

Since the beginning of August, I sent numerous emails, even to the "exclusive office." Up till now I had a number of automatically emails with promises that one of their consultants will contact me, as a "valued customer." Nothing happened as yet.

This is without doubt the most deplorable service I experienced in a long time. It is nit about the R6.05, but more the principle. If Cell C add the amount to all their customers' invoices, it would boil down to a substantial amount of money.
