Cel C C Sure Unattended Claim

<p>I thought taking out Insurance for my Cell C device contract was supposed to ease the process of Replacing/Repairing my Phone.</p> <p>I've been waiting for 3 weeks since I submitted my claim and I've been running around being passed on from department to department like a headless Chicken.</p> <p>Is this how this business is being run?</p> <p>Anyway.....</p> <p>I processed a claim at the Mall of Africa about 3 weeks ago and was asked to forward relevant document of which i did. Thereafter i was asked to .forward the same document to their C-Sure department of which i also did, everytime i follow up though nobody seems to know how to process this claim or advising about what the access to pay is.</p> <p>Apperently this now has been escalated to Management of whom i've been waiting a week to get back to me. Would anyome out there at Cell C get off thier lazy asses and just deal with this.</p> <p>I would like someone to give me a ring on ********** 489 with a resolution. I'm really getting tired of calling the call centre and holding for more than 2 hours on a daily. I've literally spent more than 72hours on the phone with you guys to get nothing. Not even a promise of some sort.</p>
